Today I met my wife, Jan, at our old house at 407 Park Avenue.

We also met my Mom & Dad who live next door,
at 415 Park Ave.

Bill & Marilyn Berg

also invited were...

Terry & Mary Kramer
(with their grandson, Hunter)
Candy Boulay
Diane McMillan
Dave Meyer

Here are some shots of the house fully in rehab mode.

The owner, Marilyn Connelly is planning on putting the house on the market next week.
She will put up a sign by owner for this week and see what happens.
She's toying with the idea of offering the house for
$799,000

the same price being offered at the new home kiddy corner from 407.
John Bollaert's old house (now torn down)

I plan on coming back to this blog site and filling in the historical pictures of the "before" shots.

Should be a fun historical reference for all of us.

Enjoy the changes and the upgrades.

They're pretty amazing!

Main Floor Front Room

Taking down the dining room wall really opens up the kitchen.

Nice view of the kitchen island.

Nice kitchen, Jan, don't you think?

 Jan & Candy.

Front stair case opens up to the ceiling.
Took out the original entrance to the attic.
Put in access to attic in upstairs hallway.

Upstairs bathroom going downstairs to where Jan stands in the picture above.

Master bath shower where Natalie's room used to be.

Master bath tub right next to shower shown above.

Candy taking picture of master bath sinks just opposite shower and bath -
Seen in mirror.

Upstairs bathroom at top of the stairs.

Video of upstairs bedrooms.

Pantry behind door with glass (reflection of Jan in glass)
This location is at the top of the back stairs.
Right where the hallway to the den used to be.

Kitchen & Great Room

Yes, it's still the "great room". Beautiful isn't it?
